Q: When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Q: How much is shipping?
We offer flat-rate shipping of $9.99 on all orders within the contiguous United States.
Q: Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico?
Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship within the contiguous U.S.
Q: What shipping carrier do you use?
All orders are shipped via FedEx.
Q: Where do you ship orders from?
Orders are shipped from Fulton, Mississippi.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please note that seasonal and clearance items are final sale.
Q: How do I start a return?

Q: Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and requesting a return for the original item.

All our florals are high-quality artificial stems and arrangements, designed to be realistic, long-lasting, and low-maintenance.
Q: Will sold-out items be restocked?
Some of our bestsellers and core collections are restocked regularly. However, seasonal items may have limited availability. Be sure to join our email list for restock alerts and new arrivals.
